I was like that in high school. Many years later, I was working on a position requiring me to do presentations in front of people. My first time they were around 30 and I had to speak in English, which I didn't manage well at that time. I almost died of terror. But then it becomes easier every time and I started to like it. Then I even gave speeches on subjects I had no fucking clue about and it was really fun, I was just good at it. The next move was obvious, I got myself into sales. One thing I discovered and really helped me is, no matter how much you screw it, you'll have another chance, maybe with different people and then you can try to make it better.

Ha! Lot's of people focusing on the failing part and ''don't mind others'' kinda thing but are forgetting how you could tell yourself all the positive bullshit but deep inside is just crippling. Sure. ''Don't mind them, failure is part of it. Its experience, and experience is the best teacher.'' I get that and sure the guy could just try again. But next time he fails (which he will) will just be the same process over and over. For me, just take your time. Failing has reduced me to a very unsocial person, but all I have learn has grown and remained. Take your time, walk at your own pace but always move. Forward if you can BUT ALWAYS MOVE never stop

Wow so many "experts" in the comments I feel you kid, back in school the fucken teacher will ask a question and intentionally chose me (being one of the few who dont have their hands up) and after NO SHIT i dont know the answer the class including the teacher laughed, I didnt even said a stupid false answer, I just used to stay there in silence saying "I dont know the answer" such fucking bastards should be executed and no wonder mr. Murica has so many accidents cuz if my dad had a gun I wouldve brought it in school the next day to shoot her big nosed ugly skinny face, imagine being bullied by a FUCKEN TEACHER!!!
